Can doing aerobics help develop finesse needed for soccer to help you do quicker moves, and turns?

I think doing quicker moves and turns comes from practice, and comes from getting your muscles to "learn" the specific movements needed to preform a specific turn/etc. For example, the scissors. When you first start out, it's slower. Gradually your muscles learn how to do it and you can do it quicker. Working on flexibility may help though!

Aerobics for fitness however would be beneficial, because that what it aims to improve - fitness :p. As an end result, you should be able to workout longer at a higher intensity so... aerobics yes, but I don't think it will help you with turns.
