I guess it will be around that price when it is released, then again, I am not surprised by that very hefty pricetag and that it would be sold out in a matter of days from the launch because there will definitely be buyers.
There are sizes 11 and 11.5 of the Pred Precision on soccer.com right now, if any one of you are interested in not paying resale price.
Ah yes, hours. Like someone said on here, those were the days where these predators were sold at a much lower/less obscene price...
Been wanting to try these out for more than a year now. Seeing as they barely changed the X 17+ Purespeed I assumed these were really good as is. I spent 2 hours breaking them in but they have my favorite kind of fit, tight in the midfoot and looser in the toebox. I got fat toes. And I know it's not much but I love the fact that it's technically FG/AG. Plus it feels more solidly built than the stock photos suggest. As usual though, adidas has a weird sizing for my feet. I am a size 8 US in virtually anything, including Mizunos (= 26cm) but with these I went with 7.5. The last is simply too long.
Bring Predator back to life to call this crap as a "Predator"... Plese, Adidas, don't mess with our feelings! Just leave them dead...
Interesting boot spot from City’s Gabriel Jesus. Looks kinda like a Nemeziz but may also be some next-generation X or something. Any guesses?
I don’t see the point in having a collar if you are going to have laces. At least Nike have got the nail on the head and just have regular boots if you don’t opt for the sock style boots. I don’t get why Adidas don’t do that. They even put collars on the take down versions that are like wet suit material. What’s the point? Chill out Adidas! appleCORR
Well...my FG and TF Pred order finally shipped almost 13 days after the anticipated ship date. Happy that I got them at least. We'll see how they turned out in person soon...anticipation is high given the wait.
Hate doing this here but thought I might get a better response. I have wide feet and have been using 11.5us in adidas powerswerve, adidas X 15.1. Should I do 11.5us in the predator remakes as well? I barely have ny toe room with the 11.5s, would doing 11 since its K-Leather be too small?
I went down half a size with my Copa 17.1 and though I loved the very snug fit at first, playing in it was hell. Too tight and killed one of my toes. Seeing as the Copa 17.1 and the new Pred remake share the same soleplate and upper material, I thought my experience can be relevant here.
The Preds have finally arrived, they feel very good on foot around the toe box, wider than the OG Preds thanks to the Ace outsole/lasting. Will post pics later today. They are a strange sensation on foot, the upper is somewhat chunky and thick, not in a bad way, but the outsole is minimalist and thinned out. I'm glad I have experienced them, but I don't know if I am going to keep them or sell them, honestly. Most of their use would be coaching as I am at least 12 months and one or two surgeries from any sort of playing beyond a free kick demo. Feels like the football boot verion of...And you know what? Let me tell you something about these tattoos, okay. That is Buddhist, that is Nordic, that is Hindu, that's just gibberish. They are completely conflicting ideologies, and that does not make you a citizen of the world, it makes you full of s*it!
Not sure if this has been posted, but I figured I’d attach the link. Copa 18.1 http://www.voetbalshirtjes.com/adidas-copa-18-1/ The 18.1 doesn’t look that vastly different. Kinda what I expected to happen with the next gen. I’ve been a big fan of the 17.1. I think if they tweaked a couple of things it could be even better. Maybe put some marketing behind them, too.
