Other than the pink stripe and black and white colors what does that pile of gah-bage have to do with out club?
What does that stupid J logo have to do with the club? We just have to accept that the club is modernizing to appeal to more people, this isn't the traditional Juventus anymore
Agnelli has said it, Juve is a brand now and it will be ran like one (except where it matters most, on the pitch because it seems like its not modernizing).
Brands consistently put out new items to purchase, that's what the jerseys are. The brand is the name and logo of Juventus.
Of course they do. They have been doing it with away shirts and third (and fourth) shirts for years. But it is rare when they design a home shirt this far off from a club's traditional look. THAT IS part of the "brand".
So you believe those shirts will sell well? Sure, the Ronaldo worshipers might get that 7 jersey. But will real Juventini buy that crap?
I never said that, but yeah, it will probably sell pretty good. Adidas' new contract starts next season and Juve's getting a lot more money than they ever did, that's why I don't think Agnelli will be too upset.
I am not worried about the adidas deal. It will be interesting to see how many of those shirts will be worn at the stadium. But adidas did no favor using the exact design with Fulham for their 140th anniversary.
They could wear bikinis and thongs for all I care. Just win the champions league! Ps- I’m talking about the women’s team.
Although that’s quite sexist, or could at least be deemed to be. I apologise to any snowflake generation who may be reading. In all seriousness, kits change. I don’t care what we wear when Chiellini lifts the champions league
