http://www.fcgroningen.nl/ they list their first team, reserves and 4 youth teams on their site but he isn't listed. do you know if he is a recent signing?
He was signed last season or before that, I'm not sure. At least he was at Groningen last season. I also wondered why he wasn't in any of the squads this season.
it is very common in holland to loan players to other teams (for example, NAC's third leading scorer last year was on loan from Ajax), etc. he may be in that stituation. i'll write a couple friends in holland and see if they know anything about it.
In a recent U-20 thread, he was listed as being with Cambuur Leeuwarden (sp?!), one of Berhalter's old teams.
