I know, it'll never happen. But we shouldn't have to make decisions just to be different from our neighbors.
Ok, so I like this. Definitely didn't see it coming. Great job by Nike. If its real -It doesn't have the "KOREA" script under the crest -will look amazing with black shorts
And white socks. Damn. A long sleeve slim fit version of this kit would also be quite exquisite. Although ... the similarities to this would be uncanny.
the home should be red w/blue sash. The blue should have some sort of subliminated design or pattern ( if they use the same template ) and white numbers.
If they follow the standard procedure, yes. These upcoming kits will likely be used until the WC. Then the wc kits will be 2014-2016 and so on so on
If they are really playing off the '94 kits I wouldn't mind a blue home shirt. The 2006 WC shirt is definitely my least favorite since Korea has been with Nike, although the away white with the blue trim, name, and number is not bad. 2004 and 2010 are probably my favorites. 2002 was honestly not too good looking but there is the sentimental value of that WC run.
So is this new away jersey confirmed, or just a rumour? Not really feeling it tbh. And btw, whats with the random stops in the sash in both the 94' and rumoured new kit? I think it might look better with a full sash. LOL. Or even make the striped sash horizontal, covering the nike swoosh and KNT emblem.
We won't be wearing these designs to the World Cup, so I don't really care what we wear during the qualifiers. Better to get the bad designs out the way!
We wore blue and white in WC94 but wore the red kit for the WC94 qualifiers. Check out Lee Woon Jae from 1994:
my god, look at the thin woonjae. had he played during 98 world cup, he would have been 5 time world cup player.
really? I remember being very sad I didn't know where to buy a red jersey while i was in the stands watching us play Bolivia. But that was sooooo many years ago...
I kinda want to see something new,,, I mean all other asian countries wear either red or blue. Yellow might be an option. wasn't there yellow in the original korean flag? so I say try out yellow or white (although white's too common in the middle east) as base with red/blue lettering, numbering, collars, etc... the away can be red/blue.
Yeah, an Asian team wearing yellow... The lame-ass jokes will never end. I think a white-black scheme with blue and red touches would be the best.
it's already been confirmed the home kit will be red and blue. the away kit will probably be full white. and why would we change our colors out of nowhere? we're not exactly some random azz team with no traditional colors. if there's any asian team out there that should wear red, it's the knt.
