He would love to tour the Southland... What the hell is the working man, anyway? What a stupid concept to drag back from the 40s. We all work. Being smarter than MitH doesn't mean we don't. Working man? I guess I'm envisioning some fat, hairy Jersey clown HS grad in a wifebeater and a medallion, who (still has been White all his ********ing life and therefore) ought not complain about the lot he made for himself.
But the thing is that in InThinkCTBSDI parlor, it means that the "working man" is somehow rural and conservative. It is like in order to validate his view of the world, he has to claim that liberals are as bad as ignoring GOP rubes as the GOP is at hurting democrats. That's a funny claim when you think who supports democrats (more poor people vote democrat) and what democrats do for any poor (Obamacare, education, minimum wage) vs. what the GOP does for the poor (take away healthcare, subsidies, education, remove protections). But yeah, the resident and unignorable InThinkCTBSDI somehow thinks that the Dems problem with the GOP poor is from the top down, and not the other way around.
Maybe it is because 370 million years of evolution resulted in us developing a brain that maximizes our chances of survival by labeling people and things.
Sorry but the White Whining Class gave us this current mess. If black people had put Obama over the top and he was 1/1000th as rotten as Donnie, there would be riots in Pottery Barns & Starbucks all over 'Merica.
A member of our well regulated militia walks down the street with a loaded gun in his pocket. He drops the gun on the ground, firing it, and shoots himself in the genitals. https://t.co/d8NkmZ7mdD— WellRegulatedMilitia (@Well_Regulated_) May 4, 2019
Police and federal agents, acting on an anonymous tip, seized more than 1,000 guns today at a home in the upscale Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles.Details: https://t.co/zrt3cfDbNK pic.twitter.com/OVQShTQ3KD— KUSI News (@KUSINews) May 9, 2019 I mean, I'm sure they're stockpiling against tyranny... Oh, and it wasn't Cletus in Alabama, more like Jony from 90210....
It's so Florida, that it's not funny: #BREAKING: Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed a bill into law that will allow more teachers to voluntarily carry guns on school campuses across the state.https://t.co/GZf2i7Qss8— WSVN 7 News (@wsvn) May 8, 2019
The article suggests it was unauthorized dealing/collecting/otherwise transacting business-without-proper-documentation. “Pursuant to an anonymous tip ATF and LAPD became aware of an individual conducting illegal firearms (transactions) outside the scope of the federal firearm license that the individual (possesses),” according to ATF spokeswoman Ginger Colbrun. Investigators recovered more than 1,000 guns, as well as manufacturing equipment and tools, Colbrun said, adding that the authorities “have no reason to believe the public is in any danger.”
So, here's where I show complete ignorance on guns. How common is it for different types of guns to share the same type of ammo? From that picture above it looks like that stash had an assortment of pistols, revolvers, rifles, maybe a shotgun or two. I imagine acquiring and keeping ammunition for all of those would be quite a task?
It’s not uncommon. The revolvers for example are most likely 38/357 which in a lot of models are interchangeable due to the diameter of the shell casing. Other common rounds in revolvers are 22/44 though considerably less so than 38/357. Regarding the semiauto models, the most common round is 9mm but 45acp and 40 auto are out there. Some models will offer a choice of two to three calibers though they are not interchangeable.
This can set up an interesting conversation in the future. https://www.tampabay.com/blogs/grad...alls-in-national-teacher-pay-ranking-to-46th/ Florida teachers earned on average $48,168 a year in 2017-18 for 46th highest overall, and teachers who were just starting out earned $37,636, ranking 27th in the country.
The NRA is paying a law firm a hundred thousand dollars a day - $24 million dollars so far. When brought to the attention of the board, including LaPierre, they refused any attempt to investigate or question it. Oliver North said this is an existential threat to the financial health of the organization. https://www.thedailybeast.com/leaked-documents-nra-racked-up-dollar24-million-in-legal-bills-3 There's some massive corruption going on here, even more than was revealed before. And it's hilarious.
Seems like LaPierre is getting NRA's money's worth: I’m jaded but I’m guessing she earned it. https://t.co/Y3ONgBQe4b— Claude Taylor (@TrueFactsStated) May 15, 2019
