they do actually. locally they expect the worst of it on Wednesday with lots of rain and storms. Thursday some rain. Friday and Saturday nice out.

So many people don't have the ability to get out. No money, no car, no one to help. A lot of the elderly. Very frightening. Fortunately, they say the bars in the French Quarter are absolutely jammed. If the city's getting blown away forever, these people want to say goodbye in the New Orleans way. Thanks fid for the B-A F info. Wouldn't be the same without it.
