Thanks for getting all the tailgate/pre and post game meeting stuff situated. It sounds like so much fun!
I'm hoping to head up to Cedar Point on Sunday. I'm also going to update my Google Earth link (in my sig) with new Sam's Army tailgate info.
Done - the Google Earth file linked in my sig now has JPEGs overlaid on the actual sites and links to Sam's Army information. Hopefully someone as geeky as I am will find it useful.
I actually don't have tickets right now but I am still going to go tailgate and watch it at a sports bar! If anyone has any extra tickets I will definetly buy them at a reasonable price. Just PM me if you do have some extras.
Those with tickets to sell, please remember to verify that the buyer is not a scalper or a Mexican supporter
Hey all. I just picked up some tickets off from ebay yesterday. Greatly overpayed but oh well, gotta come to this game Anyways my seats are on the south side near the scoreboard which I beleive is on the opposite side of the field as Sams Army. Would it be alright if during a couple minutes of the game me and my buddy come hang out in the Army section? Also we plan on getting down there to tailgate for a couple hours. We dont have a mobile grill so if we bring food and stuff down are there usually some other tailgaters that will help others out with the cooking? Thanks GO USA!
Anyone know how tight security is at the gate?? In other words, how much whiskey will I be able to sneak into the stadium??
This has been suggested in other threads but I really want to see the supporters section do the Tomahawk Chop (ala Florida State) at the game. I just think it would be awesome and would intimidate the Mexicans. Plus it's a true American original chant. Plus it's not "vulgar" or "R-rated", so EVERYONE can do it.
