I actually thought is was a VERY good game for Josh. His teammates were terrible in the 1st half. It seemed like everyone was turning the ball over except him.

He looks like a very good hold-up striker. I like the decisions he makes when he gets the ball on the counter. It was just such a touch that led to the 1st goal.

The assist was quite impressive because it showed that he has strength and the willingness to fight for the ball in the air. That was a gimme goal... He did the majority of the work.

He had a couple chances w/ the ball at his feet and didn't score... There were certainly not many. I am eager to see how he plays in the near future. They play Eintracht and Hertha next... Perhaps he will get more opportunities in those games? It is hard to connect when you are only getting a few passes in the zone all game.

In the end, this was only Josh's 4th start in the Bundisliga. He has a goal and an assist. Not a bad start IMO... especially considering that he is 19.
