6 CONCACAF members (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten and Bonaire) who are not yet FIFA's members have been invited for a brainstorming friday 25th november at the headquarter's FIFA in Zurich. You have to know that FIFA reflects on a special statute for them. But France doesn't want its colonies (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana and Saint-Martin) to play FIFA's competitions. They may receive funding and training but not competitions according the Frecnh Football Federation. I didn't know FIFA was UN (Lol)! Final decision will come back in any case to FIFA! Response to the first half of 2017!
