    Bolivar-
    Copa Libertadores: 25 appearances
    Best: Semi-Final in 1986
    Copa Sudamericana: 6 appearances
    2002: Semi-Final
    2004: Finalist

Now thats not to bad considering that are League has been plagued by corruption since i remember. now for you to bad mouth a country's clubs who you might not really know of is another thing. Bolivar, The Strongest, Along with Jorge Wilsterman have been at certain points been tough/memorable rivals for other teams in South America. Bolivar being the Strongest. If my team is one of the best at the moment and possibly one of the best representatives of our Continent, i wouldnt have time to talk shit on other supporters. i would just be about my own BS with my head up high not looking down.

    The Strongest
    - First team in South America to beat a Brazilian team with a difference of 3 goals in the Copa Libertadores de América (2001, 5-1 Juventude)
...now i don't know how juventude were at the moment, but this is interesting

Bolivar will be better prepared for this tournament and will more than likely make it out of 1st round (the development of our league depends on this). and Blooming has a good base squad.

    Hey Dusty,

What is really up with Bolivar? Bolivar's owner is one of or the richest owner in the America's. I know he's worth over 1 billions dollars. Is he thinking about building youth center or stadiums? Is he really doing anything?

Yes, one of the owners is Marcelo Claure, one of the richest guys in SA, Bolivar was going bankrupt but Claure saved them last year. And this year they are champions of the pre-temporada championship, champions in the aperture, second in the clausura, and now they're playing the semifinals of the play-off tournament.

I'm a The Strongest fan, so I hate bolivar with all of my guts, but I think it's finally going to be a worthy Bolivian opponent in this year's libertadores

I didn't say they can I said I would love to see Chivas get one of the two clubs when they enter the tournament in the knock out stages! the coach of Estudiantes I think his name is something Bella anyhow he said for the Club World Cup he was glad not to get Atlante cause he used to be an assistant coach at Monterrey in Mexico and said Mexican clubs run all over the pitch and ware the opponent down. So he knows from experience!

Alejandro Sabella is the name of the coach, but in general i'd take what coaches say with a grain of salt, because some prefer to keep a low profile to not generate overconfidence and other say the contrary to generate confidence. But nevermind the Club World Cup now.

By the way, didn't Mariscal Santa Cruz win the equivalent of the Fair Cities Cup in the 70's?

Looking towards seeing San Martín again in the Cup, i liked them last year let's see if this year they improve their run.

funny because El Nacional plays in el Olimpico Atahualpa in Quito in altitude as well,so your point isn't really proven there, but still Mexican teams are known to play both at home as well as in other stadiums.

i made a mistake the guadalajara 4-0 boca juniors was in guadalajara mexico, but CRUZ AZUL did defeat boca juniors in argentina, anyways,NOT all mexican teams play in cities with high altitud and lots of smog, people just like to exagerate, not all teams play in high altitud.

DAAAAMN. They should be scared!! Any Mexicans can take them out EASILY especially in the knock out stages!!! How embarrasing is this going to be if the Mexican don't win it despite having 5 clubs and 2 in the Knock out stage already? I here Corinthians is not ********ing around this year!
