Forgot about the early start to this match.

Already 1-1, missed both goals. :ROFLMAO:

Seems like every team is "unlucky" against the Ukraine Defense.
So many teams just missed against them.

They found a way to win the World Cup.
    Kudos to them.

And to Korea for their great run.

The fourth consecutive under 20 world title or a UEFA team and four different ones at that!

As Infantino said after the Congress last week, "I worked for UEFA for 16 years and during that time we worked very hard, maybe people elsewhere in the world were not working as hard."

I can not say that I expected that Ukrainian NT would raise the trophy in the end, but I am impressed with how the lads progressed from game to game at this tournament.

I have to admit, we did have a lot of advantages going our way, such as being the oldest and one of the largest teams at the tournament, but it is still nice, because we are always a strong and physical team, but this time we also brought enough skill.

BTW, I would like to congratulate South Korea on their great achievement and LKI on being named the top player of the tournament.

I would also like to congratulate Poland for organizing this tournament and taking it through without incident. This was an excellent tournament, played on fields of excellent quality, with very welcoming hosts.

This result must fry Putin's ass. Those players should be in the Russian Federation!

Probably the first thing Putin does every day is curse Gorbachev.

i doubt Infantino's quote applies to UEFA achievements at u20 WC. Maybe he was talking about something else?

Infantino worked for UEFA from 2000 to 2015, in roles of legal and financial governance.

During 2000-2015, UEFA won 2 out of 8 u20 World Cups.

Breakdown of u20 World champions between 2000-2015:
    Conmebol 5, UEFA 2, CAF 1.

Talk about UEFA working hard at u20 level during those years.
