I checked my spam folder too and the only message was the 2/1 requesting me to confirm my mailing address. No invites for focus groups, food tastings, or the Bluestone event.
I did get the welcome email from Dee and Pete which had the links for info about tickets and parking. Did you get that one?
Sounds like there's definitely issues with making sure the emails are reaching the entirety of the intended audience. And now it seems like the MLS app update made the Crew tutorial on how to use the app outdated 2 days after it was sent out. I'm sure that had to do with the tutorial being written by Crew staff not having knowledge of MLS app updates prior to implementation but that's not a great look. Especially for a switch to mobile ticketing that's going to be not liked initially. I'm going to reach out to my rep and let her know some of the issues. EDIT: Looks like the tutorial from the website has already been updated. https://www.columbuscrewsc.com/tickets/mobile-ticketing
Alright, now that I have season tickets i really need the schedule to update on my google calendar. I don't see the option for any MLS teams on the google "other calendars" search. Any ideas?
I got added to the party RSVP list by my ticket rep but he didn’t give me any info other than that. Can somebody send me the date/time of the party or the email they got about it?
https://www.columbuscrewsc.com/schedule/ecal Select ecal, then there are options of which calendar you would like to import.
The part that is comedy gold about the whole thing? You need a data connection to use the MLS app, which just links to the Crew account manager website. Once again, Google Wallet or Apple Pay for the win.
Well, I hit 'RSVP' anyways just to see what we were dealing with. Message popped up about guess what dumbass you waited too long and there are no more spots available. Can't argue with that interest, and it likely won't end anytime soon. That's all on me for not hitting a button. Like a moron I was too 'busy' at the time. Any chance the who gets what emails currently has anything to do with the previous what was it, 'Social', 'Family' and something else categories they used for 'outreach'?
It was Social, Family and Business. Everyone got the preseason and midseason parties. Social had some sort of happy hour, family got an ice cream social one year and I think last year was a movie night at the stadium. Business had some sort of mingle/schmooze at the stadium. But apparently that's all gone for whatever is TBA.
OK, I am getting frazzled and I hope someone can help me. As noted earlier, I have multiple Ticketmaster accounts due to organizations essentially having their own account managers. @zman31 sent me my tickets and I was able to accept the offer. Those tickets are in my Crew account manager, which as a username has an account number and not an e-mail address. Every way I try to access my tickets, though, requires me to log in with an e-mail address rather than an account number. If I try to cheat and use an account number, I get an error. Does anyone have any ********ing idea how to access this stuff? I blame Ticketmaster for being too stupid to allow you to merge account managers, but whatever.
Success!!! I had to kind of trick the system. The Crew account was attached to an e-mail address I haven't used in about 15 years or so. That's pretty awesome. Crisis averted! The Red Bulls won't know what hit them.
