He had Pavs yesterday to celebrate his first day of first grade. Over the weekend we had Marie Coyle ice cream up in Akron.
Timisoreana? I've had that beer. I found it up at the Hansa Import Haus in Cleveland and had to check it out, as my great-grandfather originally came from a village near Timisoara. I thought it was pretty good stuff.
So did any other STHs sign up for the Social Community tailgate in the stadium this Saturday? I'm, like 70% sure I rembered to do so, but I haven't received any confirmation or additional barcodes for attending in my account. Did anyone else get confirmation?
Maybe this should be in a new 2020 Season Membership Thread, but STMs for next year are looking solid. Though we have not hit the opt-out deadline and some seats may come available after that date. 1169998084388134912 is not a valid tweet id
We are trying to move our 6 seats over a section or two on west side but as of right now we can't - unless we want to move up like 15 rows. The deadline is coming up for renewals and I'm told they are expecting some seats to come online. This yr we had two fams splitting 6 tickets. Next year we are splitting with 3 families. The new fam actually paid higher price for their 2 tickets so they would have their own rights to new stadium tickets. We could have just renewed at renewal pricing and they paid us, but it was worth it to them to spend extra $$. If only the team didn't blow late leads multiple times this yr. imagine if we were in playoffs. I bet #s would be even better.
Each section varies. The Nordecke as a whole seats 2,258 per ticketmaster. Of the sections that Ticketmaster has currently sold out there are 5,158 seats. Though it is showing 1 seat available in 126.
Have any current STM's that have renewed for 2020 been notified of their Select a Seat date and time for 2020 seats? My non STM email account that is on the club's email list got a notification that Select a Seat is Thursday 9/19. I'm kind of curious as to why new STM's get to select a seat before renewing STM's get the opportunity to change their seats.
From FB: "PSA, just talked to the front office. Apparently many people who bought season tickets this year were charged today for 2020 in error. It has been fixed and should see a credit in 1-2 biz days." Reply: "Right. Some people that DID NOT renew yet were charged as well."
I just paid off the balance on my credit card, but I expect to see that balance only be at zero for a brief amount of time today before 2020 hits. Today is the day correct?
My credit card was charged today (I auto renewed). Edit: Three minutes after posting this I (a 2019 STM who auto renewed for 2020) recevied this email: "The Select-A-Seat Event is this Thursday, September 19th at MAPFRE Stadium between 5:30pm and 8:30pm. Season Ticket Members who are interested in relocating or purchasing additional seats for the 2020 season are encouraged to attend. If you are not interested in changing locations for the 2020 season, you do not need to attend this event"
I talked on the phone to my ticket rep today. Basically they said my credit care date had expired,so I have them my new expiration date! I did ask them about parking at the new stadium because my wife is having problems walking very far. The ticket rep said she had received no information on parking yet!
Payment plans, if you are enrolled in one, also seem to kick in. I wasn't charged the full amount, just a deposit (which was still over 50%) of my total cost. I called Shanee' up to make sure I had the same number of tickets for renewal. I did, just that they were putting the remaining balance onto the 12 month payment plan. I told her to go ahead and charge the full amount, as I just want them done and paid for, but in case others were wondering...
That's interesting, since I just checked my checking account and I was charged for 1/9th of my season ticket. I wonder why all the variety?
I was charged the monthly for my package, no deposit, but I think that's because I had my previous tickets set up that way.
Got confirmation that I was able to get a season ticket in the Nordecke (for my son) to go along with my other one in 226 (where we elders sit). I'd been on a Nordecke wait list. Good news, indeed.
Clearly we need some sort of Section 226 tifo to show that #EldersRepresent Perhaps these guys in full Crew regalia:
Maybe we can create our own "Get off my lawn!"-inspired chant when the players come out of the tunnel at the beginning of each game.
