Not a good warmup un my opinion to play in the snow. It’s not like we are a team of Dutch and eastern Euro or Scandinavian players! Oh wait, maybe that’s the answer?

How much money did that cost the team per drum-strike and why didn't they put it towards acquiring better players

I attended one of these at Safeco Field in Seattle a few years back, (Quakes were playing the Sounders next door), and had a lot of fun. They gave you a small glass and a card where they checked off every time you got a drink or bacon offering. I think you could get up to 25 of each at the time. (the drinks were just a few ounces) Needless to say, I was a bit tipsy leaving the place. :)

"Anthony Passarelli and Chris Dangerfield return to the booth for the sixth consecutive season, while Danielle Slaton remains in her role as an on-field analyst for the fourth consecutive season."

    Ugh

Danielle is better than Passarelli and Dangerfield combined. Of course, I think that Danger has to work under threat that if he says anything bad about the Quakes he'll get fired.

    Go Quakes!!
    More crap on tap!!

Does anyone really believe a recently turned 36 year old Chris Wondolowski will be a factor this season? Just curious.....

What's your definition of being a "factor"?

Wondo has always played old; Slow and smart.

    Scoring goals and winning games.

Maybe Wondo can help us win more than 4 games?

He was always a smart player but never really that slow. I mean as far as forwards/goal scorers are concerned.

Oh, he'll break the scoring record and contribute a half dozen goals but this is his final hoorah.

PK time! I don’t think I ever saw him score on a direct free kick. I mean not directly without it touching anyone.
