So, with 8 open roster spots 2 days before the start of preseason everyone get ready for that favorite of Union games: "Name That Trialist" hosted by Jimbo Curtin and produced by Ernst Tanner. Let the speculations begin.
Well it's safe to assume 1 spot goes to the backup GK, and I'd guess at least 2 academy kids will sign with the 1st team. Apparently the Steel a good amount of spots to fill as well... Tannenwald seems to think we can expect quite a few academy kids signing Steel contracts this season.
4-4-2 Diamond is something I can get behind.. but Ilsinhio starting at the top of the Diamond makes me want to puke.
1091882075001708544 is not a valid tweet id Jesus... I don’t give a ******** what the conditions were.. 0-0??? Really? Isn’t this the team we beat 7-0 last year? Also, lol Jim, c’mon man.. “almost too good of a performance against Red Bull” .. right.. wouldn’t want to be too good.. not to mention you guys still gave up 2 goals in that game.
Pitchers and catchers will be reporting to Clearwater before this organization puts together a complete team. Those new kits look like a white flag of surrender to me.
Reddit is so stupid. It accidently manages to create groupthought with an agree/disagree button. People aren't allowed to have opposing viewpoints because of the threat of the dreaded downvote. Those people become discouraged and stop participating. An echo chamber is created. And people don't even have to defend their views. They just passive agressively hit a button and get something they disagree with hidden away from view.
The union board on reddit is the training ground for Russian hackers before they graduate to influencing Facebook and Twitter.
Not surprising. Most people who get run off BS because of their stupidity usually flock to Reddit and Twitter. It’s amusing how highly they think of themselves.
I don't get it sometimes. If these same people bought the same $300 vacuum cleaner every year for 9 years, and it broke every single year would they still defend the manufacturer? I get wanting to root for the home team, but criticism is often a good thing.
