I think Sargent is on the provisional roster and Adams is not. But I don't think that is public. in any case, good point! Everyone drop 2!
Man, I’m excited for this tournament to start for us. I’d love to come out and win 3-0 tomorrow. I know it’s probably not going to happen and I’d be satisfied with a win, but none of the teams I saw today really scared me. The first game is usually about getting the jitters and adrenaline out, so it could be a little ugly and I’ll be happy with a win. But man am I excited to see this team play.
The Day of Birth - The first day of a new era - 0 years old The baby’s head has popped out (we already see a Puli, a Tyler, and a Wes) and the shoulders are next. What will he grow up to be? No one knows. Dads are always full of hope gazing at a clean slate. At least the boy seems healthy. His older brother was a disappointment. I still love him anyway. I will stand behind you, son. Give it your all and put the shirt first! I’ll always be there. Come On You Yanks!!
This is the worse case scenario. Bear with me, as I feel not posting it will mean it happens haha WCS: Ramos goes with the guys that did it in qualifying to reward them and because, in Arena-speak, he "trusts" them. He starts Rennicks, Servania, Real, and Scott. Like a typical Ramos team, they start slow and are down 2-0 within 20 minutes. Deep into the second half he subs on Soto, Gloster, Durkin and the team looks much better and in the dying moments ties 2-2. However, they come in second tied with Ukraine but losing on goal difference. They then get France in the Round of 16 and lose on penalties.

My predicted U.S. U-20 starting XI today vs. UkraineScott; Dest, McKenzie, Richards, Gloster; Durkin; Mendez, Pomykal; Weah, Rennicks, de la Fuente— Brian Sciaretta (@BrianSciaretta) May 24, 2019
In the lineup above the only one that raises eyebrows is Rennicks. He did play well with the rest of the team in qualifying even if he doesn't have the club pedigree of others.
I like Rennicks' inclusion, as it begins squad rotation and communicates clearly to Ukraine that we don't think they are all that impressive.
I’m so excited for this team. I believe they’ll go far into the quarter finals and lose on PK’s and we go back to square one next year.
Calling a US U20 WC Championship right now with Pomykal getting Man of the Tournament and being sold this summer to Europe in the 20 million range. New generation of US players coming on board.
Dream big my friend. This will start the progress to the day every player on the US Senior team is a starter playing at a big 5 club and the US actually has a chance at a World Cup.
Zero chance I'm signing up for a free week of Fubo and then paying $55/month afterward to watch this game. Will find a stream and suffer through lag/poor quality if needed...
