Mallorca is such a mess of a team. Their MF is nonexistant and Kubo play way too wide. Their RB constantly hoofing the ball to the box instead of combining with Kubo who creates a couple of a good run behind the shoulder of his marker. What an idiot.

That's the curse of being more intelligent and skillful of your team mates.
Let's hope he will not copycat LSW experience in Hellas Verona.

LSW barely did anything in Verona.

I meant nosedive his career playing in a weak side who downgrade him instead of let him show his skills at the big clubs.

He's 18 and playing in La Liga teioh, I don't think it's a big issue if the team is not so great. Other option was Castilla...

Haha, yeah in a distant past.
I think a recent J. League MVP also sat on the bench for them at one point ;)

I think its not that bad, he is 19 and its normal for a teenager to sit on the bench even if he would be 3 times better then messi, he would sit on the bench for a relegated team.

And it looks like he was subbed in in involved in the winning 2-0 goal cause he was playing around 35 minutes.

Hehe the ever going optimist Takahara :D
Its not a crisis. He just plays for a teams that arent that great and expectations was to high after his games with RM.

    Hehe @ SeolSeol ^^

But normaly i only see things neutral and analytical. Its normal for a young talent to sit in the bench, often it not depends on his performence cause it`s natural for his football developement. Almost every young good player is sitting on the bench sometimes even if he is a monster.

30 minutes for Kubo vs Real Madrid. They won 1 - 0 anyway.

The team is playing poorly, and Kubo is playing just as poorly. Was a torture to watch today's match vs Valladolid.

He needs at least 2 more seasons after this in La Liga before he can reach the level to play for Real Madrid. He might be slow with the ball at the moment, he needs to increase his intensity imo.

    Rodrygo tonight scored an hat-trick.
Takefusa is not even a starter for Mallorca.
    Very sad story.
I hope Tokyo 2020 will be a sliding door for him.

Playing for Real Madrid is not something that is easily attainable in the first place anyway. It is one of the biggest club if not the biggest club in the world.
If he does, then good for him.

If he can be a starter in a mid-table La Liga team, I will be content enough.

Problem is, Kubo certainly has the kanck to be a worldclass player, but that bald idiot certainly didn't trust him enough, and know, Kubo goes to the worst possible team that could be hampered his excellent recent progression. He looked lost last time he turned into the pitch. It could be his mistakes, but Mallorca is such a mess of a team.

    Mallorca is shit.
Kubo is not good enough for Real but he deserves better.
Maybe if he highlights himself in Oly some decent club will bet on him for the 2020/2021 season.
