4 points from 3 away games. That is nothing but pure CONCACAF gold. We are up against Trinidad and Panama in San José next. Great chance to distance ourselves from the pack.

The more they play (TAT) the better they are...TAT will be a surprise team to make it to Russia next year...

I know they were down 1-0, and the history isn't great in SPS, but I'm kinda disappointed Costa Rica looks so happy with a draw. They should striving to beat Honduras with their level.

If USA wins today, we should be in top 3...No doubt

Macho Ramírez is a pragmatic man, just like Pinto. He possibly won't care less about finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd. He just wants the points that will get us through.

It's not a pretty approach, but the guy is effective.

FENAFUT already came out prior to this game and told the media that win or lose Pinto is their guy. Paraphrasing, but I don't think Pinto is going anywhere.

Pinto will continue for now, I don't doubt it.

But I think you go to Azteca and Rommel next. Tbh, two losses are the most likely results, and it might not be sustainable after that. Who knows...

Sunil had told us that, no matter what, Klinsmann was going to finish the Hex as our coach.

It wasn't offside. Time to check Legister's bank account.

The only downside is that Costa Rica's easiest opportunity for three points in the Hex is already in the rear view mirror....at home vs. USA. Automatic.

Piss poor second half from T&T. Was a matter of time before Mexico broke through

Wouldn't we rather have Mexico take all the points? T&T staying at 3 points helps us.

I'd prefer T&T staying in the fight for a while. If they are alive, they might take points away from Honduras and Panama. We already went there and we should beat them at home under any circunstance. In your case, you visit them on the last fixture, so they'll probably be out by then anyway.

Tbh, it's actually the fixture I am the most confident about out of any qualifying game. I know you are usually a great team, but it just feels like a given. Hope it stays that way, but you never know when you'll get your lucky break.

The bad call on the goal showed the poor mentality of the T&T team.

Mexico could have won by more goals, in the end.

    T&T let themselves get frustrated.
