NYRB has a West Coast game on Wednesday, so they'll either be tired or have to use some squad rotation. Medunjanin and Bedoya will be very well rested and the Union will put their well rested, full strength team out. With two losses in a row in league play and well behind the red line against teams with games in hand, the only marbles the Union really have a shot to play for are in this competition. NYRB have a legit shot at the Shield and MLS Cup. Plus it's a weekend home game and the SOBs get up for weird antics for Open Cup play.

I'll go with the Union win. #FreeTheLamb

Cup results that are tied after 90’ has the U all time 5-3-7 against MLS teams in Cup play. 7-8 for people who have to feel bad about a result. 2-2 against RB.

13-2 all time at PPL/Talen, with both Ls when marbles were on the line.

The Richmond win was their greatest margin of victory in Cup play and tied with one other time they scored five - behind a LIO PAJOY brace and tallies by Union legends Freddy Adu, Jack Mac and Gabe Gomez.

Shouldn't that be 13-3? They've lost two cup finals, and a semifinal. Or are you counting the SKC final loss as a draw since it was decided by PK's?

I logged into Account Manager, says tickets on sale 6/11 at 10 am.

Tickets start as low as $15 for General Admission seating!

Free parking at Talen Energy Stadium lots B & C.

The Trumark Financial Club will NOT be open for this match.

Of course we're going to win this one. It wouldn't be the Union if they didn't get our hopes up!

Tickets $10 for STM but you cannot get your STM seats. There are going to be a lot of unhappy people about that (including me).

If I were the Red Bulls, I would organize a traveling contingent and have them fill The River End.

If the team prevents Red Bull fans from sitting in The River End, then the team should allow all STHs to have their own seats.

General admission is one of the dumbest things they could implement. Especially given that at any moment traffic on I-95, or the Blue Route can go from nothing, to backed up for miles, without any warning.

I'm one of the many wedding attendees so I won't have to worry about it, but I really feel bad for people who lose out on their seats.

GA seating is fine. I bet that not many people will show up and that you can just sit in your own seat (or a better one). Just bought 3 tickets and l looking forward to the game. And the Germany - Mexico at 11 on Sunday!

Being concerned about "your seats" is hilarious for this game. There we be maybe 5k here for the game, perhaps with it being a Saturday we hit 6-8k. Debatable with historical open cup draws.

Spend $10 and sit in the cushy midfield club seats. This is what I've done with my dad for any of the home cup games that weren't the final.

Also $10 for a game is cheap and worth the value especially with GA.

You can sit right behind Jesse Marsch and heckle him for 2 hours. An opportunity many seem to not realize is available to them.

Plus, may be one of your last opportunities for a front row seat to a Jesse Marsch hissie fit if he takes the RB Leipzig job.

That there is some cushy seat action. Not the plastic jawns which give us peasants hemorrhoids.

You can probably hobnob with the Moss twins, too.

Don’t get too carried away about the comfort of 108/107. A lot of those seats are cracked. Went to the Richmond game w soccermavn from twitter and sliced my thumb on staples protruding from the cushion. Some of the plastic that’s been exposed to the element have hardened into a very dicey proposition.

In retrospect, they really shouldn't have gotten the seat cushions from the same guys that made the roof covers.

In fairness, they got a great deal on them since they were able to re-use the leftover fabric from the roof canopies. #moneyball #wecantspendlikeatlanta
