Then people wonder why there were so many people that thought he was a really poor choice for president.....

The fact that the Rapids are signing (probably) a second English player from Wolves is the reason the US is playing Ireland.

And the fact that Zlatan is coming to LA is the reason that Peru beat New Zealand.

Joe Mason was once an Irish youth national. Despite having not played for Ireland in the seven years since, MLS was able to get the FAI to pull strings with Wolverhampton to release Mason on the cheap by having them face the USMNT in Dublin.. makes total sense.

And of course they did all this for the Rapids of all teams. Because The USSF is really trying to bring another championship to Colorado. Fulfilling a promise to Howard to get him to come home?

Exactly. If you peel back enough layers of an onion, you are left with nothing.

To be honest, I was hoping that chemtrails were going to make an appearance here.

Much like you always add “in bed” to the end of all fortunes in Fortune cookies, you always add “and chemtrails” to the end of all conspiracy theories.

If you don't reply to Wynalda ON Twitter, saying just that, you're a total wimp.

This seems like something you should’ve asked Taylor Twellman.

Did Wynalda delete his post-election tweet about staying off both twitter and alcohol? I'm not seeing it...

He had a tweet saying he managed to stay off twitter for a bit but the detox needed some work.

Colorado Rapids acquire striker Joe Mason on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers
So the SUM-USSF conspiracy to get Joe Mason to Colorado worked!

The lesson here is, if you see a juicy Wynalda tweet, make sure to take a screenshot!

Too bad nobody took a screenshot of that tweet where he said he was going to get off twitter and stop drinking alcohol... that resolution lasted for about a day!

Change is clearly too big of a word- the state associations proved they don’t want change, in fact, they like it just the way it is (for them)-the councils proved they are interested in helping the council, not the athletes they represent. Change still too much 4 people w power https://t.co/iJ7QsZfWco

The problem is attempting to define everything, and the candidates, into a simple yes or no stance about so nebulous a word as "change." I would like some things changed but I hardly believe the sky is falling, which is why I find it scary when people get all riled up about wanting "change" as if everyone knew exactly what that meant and everyone wanting it wanted the exact same thing, which would be incorrect.

So long as people reduce their political pitch to simplistic buzz words they will catch the enthusiasm of some but skepticism of everyone else.
