I once saw Jacob Thomas play for Crew at a Michigan HS field. That was during MLS v1.75 I do believe.

We have reportedly made a 1 Mil offer for 20 year old forward Adolfo Munoz who plays for Nacional in Ecuador.

Bring in this dude to compete with Gyasi, and Abass from Slovenia to compete with Grella and the draftees....and I'll feel pretty positive about our roster going into the season. Hoping at least one of them are actually signed, as I think both are capable of playing in front or on the wing. I looked up Munozs last game played, and he started as the right striker in a 4-4-2.

I'm loving the focus on young South Americans.....Valenzuela, Sosa, etc.

 

Just putting Jahn out of the 18 would make me happy. How good is this kid?

I was there. I loved that moment I was laughing well after the team left the field. I told Gregg that was one of my favorite moments in Crew history. He said it was a terrible game which it was.
But Adam, scored the game winning PK, right after the move announcement happened, in the "scariest place to play" against the "scariest team" in the playoffs. And the point by our #2 striker showing bravado he really should not have. I am still geeked out by it.

I will say Martinez is going to need to be careful or he is going to get a reputation for going down easy. Several times yesterday he went down with little or no contact

 

I have been out of the roster page for a while. Depressed about the move. But if this is going to be our end, let us end it well, and together.

1. Senior Roster: 18-20. Counts towards salary cap. Spots 19 & 20 need not be filled, but a min salary charge is imputed for empty slots. Cap = $3,845,000. DP hit = $480,625. Young DP hit = $150,000 (20 or younger), or $200,000 (21 to 23). Salaries are 2017 numbers & do not reflect cap hits or buydowns with allocation money. If there is one figure listed, then base & guatanteed are the same.
