Predictions for this weekend's games: NJNY 1 v North Carolina 3 Utah 1 v Orlando 1 Chicago 1 v Seattle 1 Portland 2 v Houston 1
NJ 1-2 NC UTA 1-1 ORL CHI 1-1 SEA POR 1-2 HOU Well, I'm guessing NJ is a little bit better than it has been, and that Houston will be on a high against Portland. That Orlando will be on a low after Houston. And that Seattle's defense will keep Kerr partly in check and that Rapinoe will likely get or contribute to a goal.
SkyBlue 0, North Carolina 2 (I'm going a bit conservative here with Jess not playing) Utah 1, Orlando 1 Chicago 1, Seattle 2 Portland 2, Houston 1
Predictions for this weekend's games: NJNY 1 v North Carolina 2;........ how good are NC when giving up one goal to SkyBlue is the downside result of a "trap game?" Utah 1 v Orlando 2;........... even with Marta out. LeRoux is stimulating this team. ... I know I know history says without Marta they just do not score Chicago 2 v Seattle 1;.......... Not that either Kerr or Pinoe will score these goals, but Kerr makes CHI one goal better than SEA. Portland 3 v Houston 0;........ CP and Blue are giving a goal to Ohai-Daly, but I am pessimistic after Wednesday's good game.
CoachJon had a brilliant weekend and week as a whole. Here's the current table: CoachJon's 8 points were of a total possible of 12; and his mid-week score was 5 of a possible 9. So, for the week he scored 13 of a possible 21 points, which is outstanding. He cut into the robot's lead this week by 5 points.
Prediction for next weekend's games: Utah 1 v North Carolina 3 (could be 1-1) Orlando 1 v Seattle 1 (could be 1-2) Washington 1 v Houston 1 NJNY 1 v Portland 2 (could be 1-1)
Since I'll be on a holiday for most of this week, it's better if I predict on Monday already, or I could forget about it: UTA 2 NC 1 (Yes, I'm bold . NC already clinched play-off, Utah are seeing it slip from their hands) ORL 1 SEA 1 WAS 1 HOU 2 NJ 1 POR 2
UT 3 NC 2 ORL 1 SEA 0 WAS 1 HOU 2 NJ 0 POR 1 It feels like do-or-die for my Royals. I think they miss the playoffs, but they do seem to have NC's number this year.
My picks this week are purely based on what will benefit my CRS during their off-weekend UT 1 NC 2 ORL 1 SEA 1 WAS 2 HOU 1 NJ 2 POR 1
Utah 1, North Carolina 0 (with so many starters missing this week, I don't see how the Courage get a result) Orlando 1, Seattle 0 Washington 1, Houston 3 SkyBlue 0, Portland 2
