with jorginho in the team kante is going to break forward more and that's going to be really interesting,
what a difference 2/3 a mf makes much better pace, not slagging Barkley in saying that, just those two as proper as it gets
RLC's long legs like YaYa gets their work rate less appreciated than deserved for making it look easy, one long stride equals about 3 stride for a little players so it can look like the little guy working thrice as hard

it's been said by several here, but i think the system suits him. not sure that means he's first choice by the middle of the year, but i don't think he'll suck this year. it would be awesome actually if he can step up, he's certainly talking a good game of basically being humbled by injuries and losing favor and knowing he needs to work hard to get back on track.
The system meant for Jorginho and Kante shockingly looks a lot better with Jorginho and Kante playing there.
shocking! god, kante is just endlessly adaptable. he just gets better and better. also, jorginho just had a pretty technically impressive pass through the middle that set a break in motion after a turnover, it was a clever little run through the middle from piazon as well
I've just remembered we've got Rob Green... and, now I've remembered it, I shall try and forget it again.
he made a pretty bad pass earlier that led to a free kick, and now the crowd cheering every time he completes a pass.
I'm guessing he counts for one for the home player contingent. Hard to think of too many other reasons to sign him.
yea i'm kind of confused by that. i'm trying to find out if Bulka counts as homegrown (he's 18 now so it doesn't matter i think?) i think Bulka will eventually count as homegrown, he came to the academy at 16. so maybe it's a stop gap for homegrown then Bulka goes in that slot next year. that seems logical if that's the case. anyone know Bulka's potential status?

Oh well, that's that. Onward and upward. We definitely looked a lot better with our regulars back and I think some of the other guys have made themselves more attractive as options if they're not available.
