In any case, this was a good learning experience for Amanda Dennis. She probably should have just punched the ball away.
Watched the video multiple times. And still see contact. Offensive player leaves feet and drags arm across Dennis while in the air basically forcing her into the goal. Yes she was back pedaling but I see a foul. It’s ok to have an opinion and this was a very good game by two excellent teams. I went from watching the first 30 of Colorado/Missouri to this and felt I switched from first to fourth gear. Eye opening. Both teams will play late into November
Thats the not the response I expected from you but I agree. Very good result for UCLA good luck in Florida this weekend...Cheers
She did not charge her. She has a right to be there too. Contact is not necessarily a foul. Soccer is a contact sport. You must be looking for U6 soccer, if you think that is a foul.
It is what it is. It doesn't really matter any longer. This match is now in the record books and nothing can change it. I just hope PSU can continue to improve as the season progresses. Also, I have to admit that UCLA has a lot of talent. I'm actually quite pleasantly surprised that PSU was able to play as well as they did against them.
