Yep. Targeted allocation money not only has a shelf life, it has a specific set of circumstances that must be met for it to be use. So if Toronto can't use the TAM for some reason, it makes sense to offload it for whatever GAM they can get

Hey TKyle...thanks so much for the welcome. I'm actually more of a general soccer supporter since Pele first came across in the early 1970s. I've been a referee since 1984 so I find it very difficult to cheer for any particular team. Now THIS fact might get me killed...but Don Garber actually graduated from my college in upstate NY. Now he was a few years ahead of me, and no I never met him on campus. About 15 years ago or so...he did come and speak to all of us about the RB Arena that was being built at the time in Harrison, NJ. He seemed nice enough at the time, so I don't harbor any particular hard feelings. Please know that my heart is with your battle to get both a brand new stadium and remain in Columbus forever.
