You've got all offseason, but that lion needs to be bigger so it can be seen as TIFO. I probably have enough GIMP2 skillz to do that. I can't create anything new, but I'm pretty adept at modding the hell out of existing images. But overall this is goooood.
I had already thought about tilting the lion to make it bigger. But went with the flat version first. EDIT: And looking at it now, I could flip the lion too.
Yeah I was thinking rotate him to a ~45 degree angle and then scale up to fill more of the orange space as that's the FCC logo orientation.
I like this one. Also something that's been bothering me regarding the actual crest, is the third color black or navy blue. I feel like I've seen both so I don't know if my eyes are placing tricks on me or what. Followup question: why a third color anyways?
I was just showing a coworker the FCC logo and explaining the KHT version. His immediate response to seeing the official FCC logo was, 'whoa FC Gryffindor.'
Ok thanks, I have trouble differentiating between black and navy but definitely knew there was a third color there. Now the question remains, why? The mlssoccer.com story about the crest and colors (https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2018/11/12/fc-cincinnati-mls-logo-and-colors) list dark blue white and gray (??? gray is not present at all) as secondary colors. Would that mean gray and white are the Crew's secondary colors? I'm wondering if their kit sponsor logo is gonna be dark blue and/or gray. A quick GIS of MercyHealth shows a couple logos in those color schemes. I guess we'll see when the kits get released but I'm not a fan of that dark blue and think it hurts an already mediocre crest.

Wayne Estopinal, the founder of Louisville Soccer Club and Orlando City Soccer Club, has died in a plane crash in a southern Indiana.
Bummer. I've been a distant, casual supporter of Louisville City since they debuted, as I have family there, like the city, and subsequently took a liking to the team. Their new stadium being built will be a perfect model for an ideal USL level stadium and they're back to back to USL Champions. It's a solid organization and it's a shame he wont live on to see it grow but hes definitely contributed to the sport in the U.S. Maybe he can get a statue in front of the new stadium.
