Meh. "Peach" looks nothing like a peach anyhow. I mean how does this: Look anywhere close to this: Its a load of bulls#it. Just goes to show how good an owner Arthur Blank is and how attuned to his base he is. He knows real Georgians know what peaches look like. So when the team's second kit was being made he was all like: Naw, son. Oh bless your heart for trying. Thank you kindly. Atlanta invented keeping it real.
The kit leaks this year are pretty terrible. Guess Adidas fired the guy that leaked them every year...
Makes sense. Blank is doing everything right and making all other NFL- MLS owners look like trash, not that they need any help. This from an Orlando fan. Super impressed with Atlanta on and off the field.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of Atlanta fans HATE the rumored orange/peach road kits. The backlash has been severe and those jerseys will NOT sell. I don't even want to see my team on TV wearing that garbage. I understand that many soccer teams have alternate kits that are not in team colors, but I don't like it at all. Plus, as an alternate to the red and black stripes on the home jersey, anything in solid black or gold for the road kit would be hugely popular and sell 10 times as much as orange and white.
If your secondary kit is all you have to worry about, then count yourself blessed. The product on the field is A+ in my opinion. Congrats.
The only one I want to see is LAFC. I really want to know what their look is going to be like and who their sponsor is. Edit : And the color scheme and name is for Miami.
We're certainly thrilled with the overall direction of the club. But we happen to be discussing kits and the rumored road kits for Atlanta have fans scratching their heads. At least 95% negative. It won't stop me or any other fan from enjoying the club, but I really wish they wouldn't use orange and white. It's awful.
My first guess is black top, black shorts with a white number, gold Adidas stripes and gold socks and an all white white second kit with gold Adidas stripes and black numbers. What would be interesting is if they added a gold pair of shorts or a even a gold top to the mix.
Basically, Dynamo road kits for their first 10 years. At least peaches and cream is creative over just some random color. As others have said, if that is the biggest gripe in ATL than y'all are all good.
