Any who. Not the worst half of soccer from the Union, but far from their best. Probably should be 1-1. It's amazing how much more flow the games have when neanderthal tactics (New England Saturday) aren't used.

 

I've seen those given for sure and likely would have clamored for a penalty had it been a United player.

All this winning is a bit befuddling.

 

4 wins on the trot, 3 clean sheets on the trot.............professional performance tonight from the boys in blue

 

5 if you count the Open Cup.

With tonight’s win they have tied the record for most wins in the season. Overall this was probably the best month of soccer I’ve ever seen from this team. We went 5-1 in all competitions and outscored our opponents 11-5.

 

Really a beautiful stadium, but with a ridiculous parking situation. Parking spots 0.5 miles away were going for $30.

What a game by the team, though. They look like a dangerous club for the first time since Nogueira.

I don't know what to believe anymore.

I checked September as well, and spookily enough we have 11 total wins in September 2010-2017 and 6 matches to play this September as well.

 

We were at the PJ Whelihan's in Edhemont. Most of the TVs had Baseball. They put the Union match on four or so.
