Thought Kim Gunhee played well again even though he came on at 80 mins. Made a pretty good run right out of the start and he made a good pass that should have been an assist. Wish he played more though. I like Dejan and I think he's a legend but he's old now and Suwon needs to think about the future. I think Kim Gunhee can be the bonafide striker for Suwon but he needs more playing time to get better. Also it'll be nice to have a decent striker for the upcoming Asian Games.
    Hopefully he starts this Tuesday.

No chance. We have Son, Hwang and maybe even Suk.

Son and Hwang are/can play winger.
It's about giving room to many players to the best extent so that other players can get exemption.

    sure.
BTW when I talk about u23 players, I'm just sharing options we might have for the Asian Games. I'm not saying they need to be picked. KGH might not have a good season, nobody knows. I'm just saying if he plays well, he should be a good options. More options the better.

Man people should check out this highlight:

What a game, so back and forth. All attacking football from both sides. Gyeongnam hit the crossbar twice and Pohang hit it once. The both fans seem to be enjoying themselves. I swear if most games were like this, it'll boost up the average attendance.

Any nationality? It's no longer Dejan imo. I think Marcao of Gyeongnam is by far the best player in Korea. Short sample in the top division but it hasn't stopped Marcao. Dejan's skills have declined; it's noticeable. Still a good goal scorer tho.

Korean? Lee Jae-Sung is relatively an obvious choice. I know he's not big in BSK because of his age and never playing in Europe, but Lee Keun-Ho is still a big threat in this league. You don't have to like him, but Kim Shin-Wook is still a top 5 player in this league among Koreans.

A bit of an outside the box choice but Jeju wouldn't be close to what they are without Lee Chang Min imo. He's the rock, the foundation of that lineup.

It's comparing apples and oranges with different positions but if I have to rank the Koreans in K-League among top 6:

    1) Lee Jae Sung
    2) Kim Shin Wook
    3) Lee Chang Min
    4) Kim Min Jae
    5) Yeommy
    6) Lee Keun Ho

Yeah it's going to dip down to the 2K area for most clubs by summer. It always does.

Kim Min jae erased Marcao in the last game tho. He's definitely one of the best, but I think it's too early to say that he's the best player in Korea imo

Also you forgot Lee Dong Gook in your domestic list. He's scored 8 goals in 9 games, which is incredible at his age.

Again, it's comparing apples and oranges. In defense of Marcao, Gyeongnam built their team around him and while they have few decent enough players, no doubt that Marcao is the player every opposition will target.

Jeonbuk are way too good for Marcao alone to carry Gyeongna,/

Real test for Suwon coming up:
    4/29 @Jeonbuk
    5/2 Ulsan
    5/5 @FC Seoul
    5/9 @Ulsan (ACL Round of 16)
    5/13 Daegu
5/16 Ulsan (ACL Round of 16)
    5/20 @Pohang

We will find out whether Suwon can seriously challenge Jeonbuk's dominance in the next three weeks or so.

    Because no drama/no personality/poor marketing.

Look at KBO. 1) Cheerleaders and cheering/chanting/singing. 2) KBO have plenty of characters, from Oh Jae Won (temperamental 2nd baseman), Park Suk Min (clumsy 3rd baseman who does funny things at times), Na Ji Wan, Yoo Hee Kwan, etc.

There is absolutely no fun character highlighted or no drama/controversy going on in the K-League.

Speaking of cheering and chant, K-League should not adopt what baseball community has been doing. Few clubs (i.e. FC Seoul) are deploying baseball cheerleaders to their own home games but have failed to generate exciting in-game environment.

if you have to rely on "cheerleaders" to generate excitement then.....
