The Copa Libertadores final is now a free agent match and looking for a location. Miami is among the rumored destinations. From what I've seen, the following cities have been mentioned as possible River-Boca 2nd leg sites: Asuncion, Medellin, Genoa, Miami, Abu Dhabi.... Just need an oil billionaire here in Texas to add his city to the list. #SuperclasicoMidland— Arch Bell (@ArchBell) November 27, 2018

Even with the Nations League beginning next year, expect Mexico to continue to play a minimum of five friendly matches in the U.S. as part of their deal with SUM, including the June match in AT&T Stadium #ElTriEng https://t.co/ZJzSoQ0rCl— Jon Arnold (@ArnoldcommaJon) November 28, 2018
In the FIFA and Tournaments forum it was posted that it will be at Real Madrid. The Miami Dolphins are home that weekend.

Arsenal coming to the US next year, possibly: https://soccer.nbcsports.com/2018/12/15/report-arsenal-plan-huge-tour-of-usa/
Here’s every game in the US that was attended by more than 40,000 in 2018 [Edit: I've excluded domestic team matches]: 1. Liverpool vs. Manchester United – 7/28 – ICC – Michigan Stadium – 101,254 2. Mexico vs. Wales – 5/28 – Friendly – Rose Bowl – 82,345 3. Mexico vs. Croatia – 3/27 – Friendly – AT&T Stadium – 79,128 11. Real Madrid vs. Juventus – 8/4 – ICC – FedEx Field – 71,597 14. Mexico vs. Iceland – 3/23 – Friendly – Levi’s Stadium – 68,917 15. Barcelona vs. Tottenham Hotspur – 7/28 – ICC – Rose Bowl – 66,805 16. Peru vs. Croatia – 3/23 – Friendly – Hard Rock Stadium – 46,893 http://worldsoccertalk.com/2018/12/17/top-45-attended-soccer-games-us-soil-2018/
And here's one that the list above seems to have missed: Sept. 9, 2018 Chivas 1-1 Club America friendly Los Angeles Coliseum, Los Angeles, CA Attendance: 55,839
Mexico is locking in their 2019 US-based friendlies: Mexico friendly matches in San Diego (March 22) & Santa Clara (March 26) confirmed. Official opponents yet to be announced but rumor mill has Chile in SD and Peru in NorCal.— Jon Arnold (@ArnoldcommaJon) December 18, 2018
So a majority of the games over 40,000 were listed as opposed to being domestic league, and that's with Atlanta having the highest average attendance of a soccer club outside Europe. Four games with Mexico and the Chivas vs. Club America game got higher attendance than any game between two national teams other than Mexico.
