Paul Pogba -- France did not 'give a s**t' about Lionel Messi at the World Cup - https://t.co/upBV8FsfqE - Via @ESPNFC's @ian_holyman.— Jonathan Johnson (@Jon_LeGossip) July 18, 2018
Unbelievable scenes outside the 🇫🇷 French presidential palace as @paulpogba breaks out with the now famous @nglkante chant... 🤣🎧🎤 pic.twitter.com/STWUsD4rG8— 433 (@433) July 17, 2018
I was going to mention that! Brel was Belgian I think...somehow that makes me like it even more...lol
Not in the eyes of French nativists. They'd rather crash out in the Group Stage with an all native French (white) team than win every Cup. Good luck arguing with RIght Wingers, but I doubt you'll ever sway em.
Hmmm... reminds me of the chiva fans that say that would rather get relegated than play with foreigners
Should've been in the park by my building. I could've grilled up some asada while watching. Missed opportunity.

Yo, help me out: So apparently the prevailing sentiment down here in Peru is that France were a boring, defensive team that didn't deserve to win the World Cup for their "estilo rácano". What the hell? Were Pogba and co. out there playing straight bunker-ball and I let my Francophilia blind me to it? I don't know, I just have a hard time seeing a team score 11 goals in 4 knockout games and labeling them boring
