Our set pieces have been awful. We've had like 8 and should have had a goal out of it by now. Otherwise in open play though it's been alright. Lee JS is playing quite well and I like Hwang EJ's movement. Ki SY of course is class. That is the first time I've ever seen Jang HS miss a PK, but it was well taken, just off the post.

Would like to see Suk HJ in. Ji DW had a nice assist, but he still relies on the wings too much and not aggressive enough over there for me. Maybe give Lee CY some game time for once. No real reason to waste Son HM in this one with the game well in hand.

KJS needs to be put out of his misery as well Stielike. We should be playing Hong Chul in these types of matches with over 70% possession.

It would be perfect for the 'Baker' Kwon Chang-Hoon too, but he's with the U-23 team.

Wow, KJS and HEJ were embarrassingly bad.

It's odd to feel that it was a very unsatisfying 4-0 win. Set piece delivery was horrible other than a few like the one JHS scored. We need to change who takes set pieces. We should have scored at least 2-3 more goals from set pieces. It's concerning for the next round of WCQs.

WTF did I just watch for the first ~38 minutes or so of the second half, simply awful both offensively and defensively. Some of the worst I've seen vs. a minnow team. This game was only salvaged by some nice goals and wasn't nearly as satisfying of a game as the score might indicate.

Kim JS was awful at LB today, and If Jang HS wants to be more of a full time RB he needs to learn to cross. Still not a big fan of Ji DW, although his movements have become lighter as he's seen more playing time. Kwak and Kim YG showed flashes of their old selves in defence in a bad way as well. Besides Lee JS and Ki SY I can't say I'm really satisfied with any of the players' performances today.

Currently imo, LCY out of position and without match minutes is even a better option at RB than JHS in these types of matches. If we're playing 4-1-4-1, we need width from both fullbacks. Both failed miserably.

I don't understand why Stielike insists on using JHS in these situations when he's clearly not a fullback and will never be able to put in a decent cross or have a true feel for when to push up or drop back a bit.

KJS deserves a special mention for how awful he is right now. He was exposed by Burma. Yup. That's his level right now. Awful, awful, awful. Either PJH plays or call up Hong Chul because KJS needs a sabbatical and YSY is stuck in purgatory.

And HEJ... Lol... No amount of "movement" or forced praise from the terrible MBC team will cover the fact that he is unable to score or even pose as a scoring threat against even a minnow like Burma.

Jang Hyun-Soo never struck me as a RB (He needs to stay away from that postition period.), and I am not sure why Hong Chul and Oh Jae-Seok were only on the reserve list when they could've been tested out. It's too bad Kwon Chang-Hoon is busy with the Olympic NT at the moment, but we do need his off and on the ball movement especially in these types of situations.

Also, it's starting to be questionable on whether Stielike should continue his selection of Hwang Eui-Jo. I mean he's been very impressive this season which is why I had hopes of seeing some of that brilliance with the KNT, but it's been a moot point for him thus far.

The only reason that I can think of in why Stielike favours Jang HS at RB so much is maybe because he does provide some decent defensive coverage on a counter with our CB's like Kwak and Kim YG still quite vulnerable to brain farts from time to time (we saw few instances of that today as well), and maybe because he's not satisfied enough with the defensive coverage of his right wingers (LCY, LJS) and the DMF's. Jang is obviously clueless on the offensive side of things which to be fair is hard to blame him a lot for as he was never a full time RB. We should have experimented more at RB here when we already have some breathing room and facing some minnow teams (and no, that doesn't mean Kim CS), but I guess this is really what Stielike is planning to go with for the final round of the qualifiers and is giving the back four as much time as possible to gel more.

As for Kim JS, clearly Park JH should be playing ahead of him right now. He seems totally out of it. I fully expect Park JH for Laos match.

Why Kim Chang-Soo is still being selected when there is Lee Yong is totally beyond me.

Jang isn't playing rb to cross the ball. he's there for defensive reason only.

Which reinforces my point that JHS was completely unnecessary against a minnow side that turtled up. We played a formation that required width from fullbacks. We should have taken the opportunity to test those types of right backs out that suited the system and the opponent imo.
