Born in Nigeria and moved when four years old. Victor Moses also moved to England at 11.

Meanwhile in the World of crazy:

Kind of bizarre all round though, apparently the manager agreed a contract extension last month and then yesterday announced he’s off to Real Madrid so can understand the anger but still with two days before the World Cup starts is all a bit chaotic.

This is the kind of crap our scummy tabloids dream about.
Manager sacked the day before the cup.

I would be amazed if Spain do well now.

After that display from Robbie Williams it’s going to be hard for East 17 to put on a better show at Qatar 2022.

    Saudis making Russia look good

Wish we had them in our group

Nearly a goal for the Saudis. Have a feeling like Russia will fluff their lines and Saudi Arabia will get one back.

Looks like Dzagoev has done his hammy.

That'd be a shame. He and Golovin have been Russia's best players.

Osama at the back for Saudi Arabia

He will get them back with an explosive header

2-0 right before halftime. SA is just terrible.

Pretty much thought how it would go. Saudi Arabia keep turning the ball over and Russia have a couple of players with quality to open things up.

The Saudis have one guy pressing the Russian backline. Makes no sense.

    Embarrasing stuff. 3-0:D

Dzyuba should've started with his aerial threat.

Brilliant goal from the sub Cheryshev. Outside of the left foot.

Unbelievable. Saudi Arabia have to be one of the worst teams in World Cup history.

When it goes to 48 teams, there'll be far worse teams than Saudi Arabia at the World Cup.

Saudi Arabia were dreadful, but to be fair, Russia were also better than I'd expected. They took their chances very well.

I wouldn't be surprised if Uruguay and Egypt get more than five each against SA.
