Panama just had a big opportunity that could have been a goal if the attacker had been able to make the choice to shoot just a half second faster. That's just one major difference between the top teams and the lesser teams- the speed of thought.
Somebody need to give Panama's Mills (number 11) a "mean" pill. She eases up and pulls back from tight plays too often. She looks like she is afraid of being tackled hard.
Bailey looks so cool in setting up to defend free kicks. She looks like she has had an overdose of Valium then she explodes off her line and clears out any attackers in her way. That is the kind of calm and transition that will serve her well in stressful situations in the future.

Good grief!! The ref is clearly favoring Jamaica. If Jamaica does not win with the help the ref is giving them they will truly be beaten.
The ref is giving yellow cards to Panama for the same fouls that were not even called at the other end. Shaw just flagrantly fouls Bailey but it was not even called.
It probably will, depending if it goes to PKs or not. If it goes to PKs the length of time could be extended even longer. both US and Canada are going to need some minutes of warmup time at the very least after this match concludes.
Yep. And "normally" there is a minimum of a 30 minute warm up and a return to the locker room for 15 minutes and then the startup ceremonies and anthems followed by the kickoff.
