Why? That's great actually, low center of gravity. This guy didn't complain.

    Akinola. Is. Really. Bad.

Pomykal easily best player on the field.

Do our players have a self destruct button if they connect more than 3 or 4 passes in a row?

He let's the ball go through his legs. Looked like he intentionally dummied the ball to the T&T forward. Stupid.

He really has. Dangerous any time he touches the ball

Hard to believe Warshaw graduated from an institution of higher learning, let alone Stanford. His analysis on the MLS show I've seen him on is shallow and saccharine. These tweets are far dumber, but such is the nature of the medium of 128 characters.

Gloster still drives me crazy. He’ll win the ball, dribble past 2 defenders to create plenty of time, then fire a pass as hard as he can that sails 20 feet from his intended target

I really hate the way this team plays. Enough creativity and technical skill out there that we should see far more pretty goals. Instead, it’s beat someone wide, head down cross nearly every time down the pitch.

That's exactly how Maradona was, and that's what gives you low center of gravity.

Frankie Amaya on for Akinola in the 82nd minute.

Look likes he is going up top as the number 9.

It's extremely boring. In no game have we ever tried to play through the center of the field...

    Honduras scores on Cuba.

The US's group in the next round is very likely to be us, Costa Rica, and Honduras

Pomykal, Llanez and Rennicks combined really well. When two of them subbed out the game died.

Tempo is pass, pass, 70 yard diagonal ball. Or, dribble, pass, cross.

In case you haven't been keeping track, the aggregate is now 25-2 over 3 games.

Depends on who is on the World Cup team if the qualify. You could reasonably put together a best 11 with only 3 - 4 of these players.
