Rumor - Kendall Waston is looking to move out of Vancouver. How do you rate him and would he be what we need at CB?
Quite a few cards In his career Certainly has a physical prowess Maybe not the most. Cerebral in defense just like Machado
The announcement will discuss the introduction of breathing and bathroom fees at all Dynamo-related facilities. Prepaid oxygen and toilet usage cards will be available for purchase at your local 76 station.
Lester Gretsch is saying that the announcement is about the new Chief Business Officer. I guess we'll find out.

The interview w Jordan he discussed keeping the core group of players specifically naming all foreign players - Ellis, Manotas, Quioto, Machado, Fuenmayor, and even mentioning Martinez and that he has had his best year (which in fairness is correct). Then he realized what he said and said something like ‘and of course the American players like...’ but then he trails off mumbling saying maybe ‘Wenger’ but nothing really intelligible after that. This raises two issues in my mind - 1) they don’t plan on bringing anyone new as the number ten - they are tripling down in Martinez again, which is a mistake in my mind because he will never be the player we need to win a cup. Average at best. He is slow, only passes wel when he isn’t under pressure, loses the ball in possession way to much, and is worth zero cents on defense. 2) The paucity of American players and the poor scouting we have in this team. We have failed over and over and over in the draft. Alexander is done - good technically but he’s too slow. Wenger has new life as an outside back and utility player. Beasley is in borrowed time but if his salary is right let him keep in the rotation. AJD big question after the injury but he was slowing down from before. Memo should have had more time at the expense of Quioto and Martinez but the problem is we don’t have another midfield spot open that suits his strength. Martinez Quioto Eli’s aren’t commuted defensively when the ball is turned over. We rely on have TWO defensive midfielders to cover for that and that is not Memo’s strong suit. Is Remick going to be part of the team going forward? Such a poor track record of bringing in players like Maidana Lundquist etc really makes me believe that Jordan is not qualified to scout or make decisions on acquiring players.
Swedish born stick figure CB. 6'3" 185 lbs. Can he run? Have we learned anything from this season. Has both passports and therefore can sign before 18 to a senior team under FIFA rules. Doesn't consume an international slot.

Waston is too old. I do ask WTF Kinnear but that's a 5 year old complaint. I wouldn't fight that war again at age 30. So he's perfect for Jordan.
Revs fan here - just wanted to drop by with a hearty Texas-sized thank you for eliminating the Galaxy from playoff contention. The way y'all did it was the best too - erasing a 2-0 lead and winning at their place. Wiping that smug smile off Zlatan's face is priceless. Kudos for that and given the revs are out too, we'll see you guys on the golf course!
If were going to be miserable, why not take our cousin with us? And next time were actually going for MLS Cup, here's hoping it's you guys on the field with us.
Agreed, misery loves company. On that note if we meet in a final, it had better be SuperLiga in Foxboro. I still have nightmarish flashbacks to those other cups!
I watched him with RGV a few times - more dangerous than the other striker (chuey enriquez) that seems popular down there. He really gave the team some pace and dangerousness when he was on the field. Plays a little like Manotas but maybe better on the dribble.
I bring this up for two reasons, one, do we retain everyone up top and if not what do we do about it, two, another thing we lacked this season, particularly once Steeves got hurt, was a bench forward presence. Last year we had it by default because Torres and Manotas tag teamed. I think that would lessen the effects (and attendant fan kvetching) about pulling Elis or the others, if we had a serious sub. If you don't then it's almost disarming. And we somewhat rightfully scream, how can you pull him, even if sometimes he needs rest. I say this in part because I anticipate the dullard FO to consider bringing delaGarza back now that he's rehabbed. Nothing I saw suggested that is wise. But I could see them putting him at RB and then Wenger goes back to swiss army tool. I'd rather have Wenger back there and delaGarza sipping drinks in retirement. You then can't double count Wenger.
