Minor rant here....nothing on SRFC website about this game, and US Soccer's page doesn't have any of the crests of non-MLS teams on their tournament schedule page.

Am I supposed to take this tournament seriously, if they don't? /rant off

That sucked... would have been nice if Buckle didn't wait until the 85th minute to make two subs when down two goals the entire half!! But I digress.

Wasn't expecting to win, but hoped it would have been more of a match. Two quick defensive lapses cost us the game.

A few golden opportunities but never taken advantage of. Our guys looked intimidated and not confident, and that really effected things. If only we had this as a home game, one can only wonder if that would have made a difference. Baaah.

IMHO the side did alright. The score was 0-0 at the half. Like Cobi Jones was saying during the match, 'The Gals should be a bit upset w/ their performance'. Their goals were well taken & Sac-Town did create some opportunities, but never cashed them in. It was asking a lot for Sac-Town to go into LA & win. The only way that happens if everyone for Sac-Town plays the match of their life. That didn't happen :(

Completely agree. I also agree with QuietType regarding the substitutions. They almost seemed an afterthought, although I don't think anyone on the bench would have made a huge difference.
