I hope is was assumed that the original pick I had for the HOU-NC was valid. I did not bother to change. I have been off BS for a couple of days - I have to look to see what that result was POR 0-3 CHI BOS 1-1 NJ WAS 1-1 SEA NC 1-1 ORL KC 1-1 HOU
Portland 2 v Chicago 1 Washington 1 v Seattle 1 Boston 2 v NJNY 2 North Carolina 2 v Orlando 1 Kansas City 2 v Houston 1
Portland 1 v Chicago 1 Washington 1 v Seattle 3 Boston 1 v NJNY 3 North Carolina 2 v Orlando 1 Kansas City 2 v Houston 1
Portland 1 v Chicago 1 Washington 1 v Seattle 3 Boston 1 v NJNY 3 North Carolina 1 v Orlando 1 Kansas City 2 v Houston 1
Portland 2, Chicago 1 Washington 1, Seattle 2 Boston 1, SkyBlue 2 (and Kerr gets 17) North Carolina 2, Orlando 0 Kansas City 1, Houston 1
Por 2 - 1 Chi Was 1 - 3 Sea Bos 1-2 NJ NC 1 - 1 Orl KC 2 - 2 Hou Kind of expecting lackluster game between NC and Orlando. I don't think NC wants to face Chicago in semis and I also think Orlando doesn't want to travel to Portland
And regular season shield winner is: @lil_one with 144 pts sneaking by lunatica. As a note, if we were to go ahead with losing lowest two weeks next year, bluecrimson would have finished with 141 on top since missed two weeks with 0s. But a full season of cpthomas would have left us all in the dust regardless.
If I get it right, now these result will sum up with the ladder + play-off predictions in another thread, to later decree the general winner of the season (that's not always the same as the shield winner, as we learnt from NWSL itself )? At least, I guess this was @SiberianThunderT's intention when he launched the predictions' season. Edit: apart from the ladder thread, I suppose we're going to keep predicting single play-off matches here, won't we?
Guess continue playoffs in this thread? Sat Por - Orl Sun NC - Chi Por 3 - 2 Orl NC 2 - 1 Chi Kind of leaning overtime for NC Chi and maybe PKs
Portland 2 v Orlando 1 NC 2 v Chicago 1 I'm like Lucy on this one, NC v Chicago is close to being 1-1 according to the numbers, I just had to decide which way the numbers leaned more.
Going to a JC and a D3 Woso game tomorrow, so I won't see POR - ORL real time. POR 2 - ORL 1, no Camila is the difference. NC 2 CHI 1 , 4th time's a charm.
POR 3-1 ORL NC 1-2 CHI, in OT But really all I'm hoping for are some exciting playoffs like last year.
I've really got to agree with this. Let the games be great ones, however they come out. But, if I have my preference, we'll see Portland and Chicago in Orlando. Why? Because it will be an unbelievable game (and the Thorns will be playing). Notwithstanding history, one never knows how a game between these teams will come out, and the games always are great ones (except for the last one that Dames tanked).
POR 2 ORL 3 Hey, if I predict like the rest or the people, how am I going to catch up? And then I believe Morgan will want to show she's not just the "rowdy booze" girl! NC 1 CHI 3 Go Nagasato!!! All in regulation, and NWSL's final rankings will be reversed by play-offs! Edit: is it worth messaging the other people about predicting play-offs here?
