In 2005, the United States played a World Cup qualifier in Mexico City on Easter Sunday. 110,000 at the Azteca.

You can not compare the WORLD CUP to indoor soccer , it's two different world altogether. How many indoor soccer fans are flying into Mexico to watch this game. I know of 2 that are flying in with the Blast. Thousands fly in to watch a world cup match.

Of course you can't. All I was saying was that even in a country as heavily Catholic as Mexico, soccer is not completely forgotten on religious holidays.

Can someone post the field dimensions of all MASL teams? I can't find that information anywhere. Thanks.

Was watching the Spanish telecast, than stumbled on to the English version. What a disgrace the English version is. So bias against the Blast. Poor officiating as well. The Masl must do better than this if it is to grow.

Turning the Spanish version back on.

Every single year - and I mean every single year - that the Blast either does not win the title or is in danger of losing, you bitch about something. Usually the officiating, but always something.

What a fantastic final game in Hermosillo. Best last minute to a final i have ever seen. 2 goals in the dying seconds.

Give the Blast a pat on the back.

Congratulations to the Baltimore Blast, your 2017 MASL Champions!

I have to admit that starting with their home opener lose to Milwaukee and even as late as the Game 1 playoff lose to Harrisburg, I still wasn't convinced that the Blast had shot to win the Championship. From when I started following indoor soccer around '83, I really can't remember a team that had so many come-from-behind victories and forced some overtimes/mini-games with late goals. Congrats, again. Looking forward to a bigger and even better MASL next season!

Lewis won't be able to show his face at the arena anymore. His name is mud considering he told the commissioner Friday night to put Sonora's name on the trophy. He was quite the talk of the viewing parties.

I can live with it , & I will be at the arena as always . I also stated on this board we would see the mini game & if Tayou got MVP the Blast would win it all. go back a few pages

So how's your day? Still upset Baltimore won?

Find it funny after that game, that series, and the Blast win the best you can come up with is taking a shot at a guy who's always wrong and everyone knows it.

Question Cindy, did you cry a little when Ed Hale was handed the trophy...again?
