    I'd like to see

    Las
    Nielsen-Judge-Alejandre
    Scally-Atencio-Goeggel-Bello
    Gaines-Ocampo Chavez-Serrano

Ocampo Chavez needs to do more than he did against England.

I like the idea of Scally and Bello getting up and down the wings more

He got no service. The players on the field last game created nothing, we had a very uncreative side on the field. Hagan brings nothing, Busio is toolsy but only creative in spurts, Fuentes is more of a possession based player than a creative one and he's certainly not a winger.

The best chance creation on this roster probably will come from the full-backs.

I couldn't agree more. The central midfielders offered nothing going forward, neither did Hagan, so the majority of the chances came from Bello and Scally. Hopefully, some more creative players will be on the field tonight.

How I think this might look

    Oladapo
    Scally-Nielsen-Judge-Anderson
    Atencio-Goeggel
    Serrano
    Sealy-Lopez-Gaines

I'd like to see what Serrano can do, we need offense, hadn't seen him play prior to Wednesday and he barely played. Goeggel's the other one I haven't seen play, maybe he can have more of an impact than the two who started Wednesday, they didn't play very well. The rest, I don't expect much, honestly. The RB and two CB's should be fine, Atencio should hold up, don't expect much from the attack, unless Serrano adds a lot.

First time watching these players, except Dante at FCD. Wow. Not a good start at all.

Wide gulf in class between the two teams. Our boys look like they don't know what to do.

In my ~25 minutes of watching this team over 2 games, it’s the worst I can remember seeing at the Nike Friendlies.

Hopefully depth appears from the academies, cuz there just doesn’t appear to be much here.

Unwatchable. Nothing to learn from suffering this game.

    Peace out!

Garbage coach, garbage selection, garbage tactics. Netherlands kids are literally punking around the American kids. Cheers USSF!

I guess back into the mixer for these boys.

Most of our kids are getting run over physically.

p.s. At least Bello is not part of this debacle.

Lopez, Serrano, Atensio and Gaines have looked alright on the ball. Oladapo needs to come out for Las.

I think the problem to begin with was the roster. Many of these players are just not any good, and these are players who've gotten a chance before in this YNT age group. Many of these players should've not been called back, yet they were. The US Soccer decision makers need to have done a better job with picking this roster.

We have no full-back depth, the midfield doesn't exist, very little creativity in the team, didn't help that our keeper tripped with the ball at his feet either. This '02 group isn't awful, its a different team from the last U-17 group, from the one before that, I just don't think they've been set up to succeed with these call ups.

6 subs used for the 2nd half. Subs already making a difference. Perez cross to find Lopez, who heads it on goal but is saved by Netherlands goalkeeper.

What a terrible bunch of players - a group of headless chickens!

It’s not because the lopsided score. They have zero technique, and even less Soccer IQ if that’s even possible.
I’m watching rec soccer players here, just more athletic.

US Soccer, choose players and coaches who can at least spell Soccer next time.

Down 5-0 and Hack brings on another forward, like we have any chance of winning. Should've taken out Lopez, to give him some rest.

You are talking about the defenders right? Attackers have been decent on the ball.

Defenders and mids. Not crazy about attackers either, they can dribble a bit but have little idea about playing as a team. Just lower his head and dribble
