I'm not that enthusiastic about the changes. Management of transfers used to be a huge part of the game, and had a lot to do with your success or failure.

Howsoever... if anyone wants to create a head-to-head league, I'm in.

I felt like the limited transfers always pigeon holed my success with my starting lineup for the day 1. You got the one time use of unlimited transfers which was nice.

I'll have to save judgement on this until I play, but I feel like the game will be more about having a good sense of who will have a big points week ever week rather than who will get big points over the course of multiple weeks. Injuries and the like are now no longer crippling to your success which i like.

The other thing about this year is that so many new players have been brought in over the winter that it'll be midseason before I have a judgment about any of them.

Cropper could be the best points per dollar this year. I really hope he wins the starting GK job for us.

Well, in spite of my reservations about the new rules, I went ahead and created a head-to-head league, like last year, and I encourage everyone to join.

    The code is
    14432-2815.

May the best man, woman, or child win!

Time is running out! The first game is in an hour and a half, and our head-to-head league is still missing some of the stalwarts from last year. If you guys don't step up, my daughter is going to run away with this thing, I'm warning you now.

Anyone else struggling with the new rules?

I had to cut and replace 10 starters this week because of all the byes. It felt so dirty....
