Wouldn't they be better off in the Southwest? 3) Atletico Baja belongs in the Pacific 4) Schaub said 3 "big" press conferences. RGV and Monterrey had to be the 1st two. I am thinking #3 will be Rochester. If it doesn't happen then the East will remain at 4 until Toronto is here in 2018-2019.
