    1) RGV is already showing up in the Southwest in the Standings
    2) Would they put Monterrey in the Pacific? Wouldn't they be better off in the Southwest?
    3) Atletico Baja belongs in the Pacific
    4) Schaub said 3 "big" press conferences. RGV and Monterrey had to be the 1st two. I am thinking #3 will be Rochester. If it doesn't happen then the East will remain at 4 until Toronto is here in 2018-2019.

    Here is what that leaves:

    EAST

    Baltimore
    Harrisburg
    Florida
    Syracuse
Rochester (Or whoever is Announcement #3)
    Toronto (2018-2019)

    Central

    Milwaukee
    Kansas City
    Chicago
    Cedar Rapids
    St. Louis

    Southwest

    Sonora
    Monterrey
    RGV
    Dallas
    El Paso

    Pacific

    San Diego
    Tacoma
    Ontario
    Turlock
    Atletico Baja
