The Big Ten Network hasn't officially announced their full slate in one consolidated article yet, but when researching each of the school's athletic websites, you can put the pieces of the puzzle together. According to ESPN Media zone, UNC vs. Virginia on Oct. 2 will be televised on ESPNU. Not including conference tournament or college cup matches, ESPNU is televising 8 matches this year. 8/28 - Villanova vs. Princeton (ESPNU) 9/11 - Blank teams, but shows a women's soccer broadcast on ESPNU that day 9/18 - Vanderbilt vs. Miss. State (ESPNU) 10/02 - North Carolina vs. Virginia (ESPNU) 10/02 - Oklahoma vs. West Virginia (ESPNU) 10/06 - BYU vs. Loyola Marymount (ESPNU) 10/14 - Texas Tech vs. West Virginia (ESPNU) 10/30 - Blank teams, but shows a women's soccer broadcast on ESPNU that day *Portland plays at Santa Clara on 10/30, so there's a chance it could be that match on 10/30, but that's a guess. Several of Duke's home matches are now showing as being broadcast by the brand new ACC Network (online). So it looks like that is indeed going to take effect this year, and I would expect a similar pattern (i.e. volume of matches per each ACC school). Looks like lots of ACC soccer will be on the ACC Network's online platform this season. http://www.goduke.com/SportSelect.dbml?&DB_OEM_ID=4200&SPID=1842&SPSID=22661
For those of you who do not have access to the Pac 12 Network, you can still watch these matches for free "Live" or "On Demand", at Eversport. It's intended for viewers outside the U.S. I would disguise your VPN to get past the geoblock, and you can do that with Overplay VPN (which costs money per each month), and I believe you can also do it for free using Hola (which is free and we've had success with before). You can also find an online proxy for free to change your location, but that may slow your internet down when connected to that proxy. 97 ACC Women's Soccer matches will be broadcast this year. That's more than the number of Pac 12 soccer matches on all the various Pac 12 Networks. http://raycomsports.com/sports_labs...medium=post&utm_campaign=tv&utm_content=extra
In some regions, Cox Sports TV will have George Washington vs. Arkansas this Sunday at 11:30 AM Central / 12:30 Eastern. I presume, but do not know, that the station's Virginia affiliates will air the game as well as the Arkansas ones. Therefore, please check local listings.
