Well I'm overstating it, but the sleeves being a different color. Adidas did that on a few of the new MLS kits while moving their stripes to the underarms instead of the shoulders. These look sharp though, don't get me wrong.
But wait... There's more! Under Armour Unveils First U.S. Professional Soccer Kit For New York Cosmos Earlier this month, Under Armour announced it signed its first soccer partnership in the U.S. with the New York Cosmos, the reigning champions of the North American Soccer League (NASL). The multi-year partnership came to life Wednesday at the Under Armour Brand House in New York City with the unveiling of the match kits. In addition to the match kits, Under Armour says it will also provide “game-changing competition, training, sideline, and travel gear and apparel innovatively created to help athletes perform on and off the field.” The Cosmos will also be using a ball this year that was custom-designed by Under Armour in partnership with the NASL. “We are very excited about this new alliance with Under Armour,” said New York Cosmos Chief Operating Officer, Erik Stover. “We share many of the same brand values, including ambition and innovation. Under Armour is one of the fastest growing performance brands in the world and we can’t wait to share our new kit with our fans,” he added. http://www.forbes.com/sites/kristid...-soccer-kit-for-new-york-cosmos/#1e3a7fa2fed0

Cheese for all... NFL stinks of cheese, especially Green Bay! Come to think of it even the entire NBA does too! So Lactose-free leagues now include MLS, MLB, and NHL?
Several NFL teams do not have cheerleaders, including the Green Bay Packers. Houston Dynamo used to have the Dynamo Girls but that has been disbanded this season. They weren't exactly cheerleaders. They did a dance routine at half-time and walked around the stadium the rest of the game. They also did public appearances. I never saw them actually lead a cheer. The Columbus Crew, FC Dallas, Kansas City and Chivas USA also had them but got rid of them. I think you are correct that there aren't any in MLS right now. All of the Liga MX teams have them. NHL teams don't have cheerleaders exactly but lots of teams have ice girls that while they do clean up the ice during breaks they serve pretty much the same function as the NFL "cheerleaders".
The Rowdies used to have the Wowdies in their previous incarnation but haven't seen fit to bring them back for whatever reason, despite that being one of the things old fans harken back to. The Lightning have cheerleaders. They used to clean the ice but now they use an actual crew, presumably because they work faster and better? I don't know. Not sure if other teams have gone the same route with their ice girls.
Could be their traditional hoops just rotated. Adding the thin black line would be a nice update of their regular shirt
It works better on the white shirt. Pretty weak in my book. You can't even read the badge because of the lack of contrast. Tenth anniversary and that is what they come up with? Plus they drop their trademark orange shirt?
You got that right. The prime jersey (home) is a variation on the red and yellow hoops. The secondary (away) jersey, according to all rumors I have heard, are a take-off on the traditional hoops in black & grey. I emphasize that that is a rumor. The source we had in the past is silent on the subject this year. Uniforms are by Inaria, the same company that outfitted Minnesota last year. The unveiling will be on 03/30/2016 aboard a motor yacht taking a cruise on the intercoastal. All seats are now filled. Be at the dock to board by 7PM or you'll miss it... BTW, the Strikers Managing Director, Luis Cuccatti, will be the guest on "The Tailgate Show" podcast tonight. Maybe they can get a bit more info on the uniforms from him. Or not. He's been very quiet on that subject in the past.
New alternate for the Rowdies unveiled. It's alright I guess. Uses the last USMNT template. Our fresh new threads for 2016! pic.twitter.com/zq0feJQPqj— Tampa Bay Rowdies (@TampaBayRowdies) March 26, 2016
NEW FURY FC KIT UNVEIL PRESENTATION WEDNESDAY, MARCH 30 Fury FC to showcase their all-new adidas kit before Ottawa 67's playoff game
So why do they use the rainbow? Obviously the pink is for breast cancer, but I don't see anything indicating the purpose of the rainbow?
