Is the situation in the Clippers better than the one in Cleveland? I doubt it. I mean, you'd likely have to trade Blake, so you're left with Paul and Jordan. Kyrie and Love sounds better to me, especially long term. Anyway, I don't see him leaving Cleveland. Only something dramatic could force him out.
