The Third Round starts today. Four of the 32 games will have two Premier League clubs:

West Ham United vs. Manchester City
    Hull City vs. Swansea City
    Sunderland vs. Burnley
    Everton vs. Leicester City

The Fifth Round, which has 16 clubs, will have each game be a Premier League club against a lower level club, unless Leicester City loses their replay, in which case one game will be Millwall vs. Derby County. I looked at the Fifth Rounds of the previous 14 FA Cups, and all of them had at least one game between two Premier League clubs.

The Leicester City vs. Derby County replay will be on Wednesday at 7:45 P.M. local, which is 2:45 USA Eastern. The game will be on Fox Sports 1 in the USA.

    Burnley 0:1 Lincoln City

Lincoln City's only shot on target was their goal in the 89th minute.
