Seconded Round of the Europa and Champions League qualifiers has been played.

The Results, In Champions League qualifying Dinamo Zagreb vs Vardar Skopje was played over 2 match days. Dinamo won on aggregate 5:3. Winning both games by scorelines of 2:1 and 3:2.

Lokomotiva Zagreb beat RoPS(Finland) by an aggregate of 4:1. The first game was a 1:1 draw and second was a 3:0 win
Hajduk Split beat CSMS Iasi(Romania) by an aggregate of 4:3. The first game was a 2:2 draw. And Hajduk won the second game 2:1.

So our Coefficient stands like so :
    DINAMO ZAGREB
    Vardar: 2.0

    RIJEKA

    HAJDUK SPLIT

    Iasi: 1.5

    LOKOMOTIVA ZAGREB
    Santa Coloma: 2.0
    RoPS: 1.5

    TOTAL: 7/4 = 1.750

    Current Uefa Coefficient League standings

    13. Netherlands 22.763
    14. Greece 22.300
    15. CROATIA 21.875
    16. Romania 21.150
    17. Austria 19.850

The Dutch and Greeks haven't really started their Euro campaigns yet, Dutch not a single game while the Greeks only had PAS Giannina so far. Austrian teams are always tough, but they have some ground to make up. Dinamo just eliminated Iasi so 1 less club from Romanian in the race for that 15th spot.

Next round matches for Europa teams

    Istanbul BB - Rijeka
    Oleksandriya - Hajduk
    Lokomotiva
    - Vorskla Poltava

    Next round for Champions League

    Dinamo Zagreb vs Dinamo Tbilisi

Some tough matches in there for all 3 Europa league clubs. Anything Lokomotiva adds to the coefficient is considered a success going forward, as progress for them going further will be difficult. Hajduk will be in with an unknown Ukraine side which only qualified for Europe due to license issues in Ukraine. I have never heard of them before, so we'll see how those matches go. Rijeka probably got the toughest draw they could of probably got. Istanbul BB is an unknown quantity though in Europe, but they have a few international players in their squad.

    Dinamo Tbilisi: 2.0

    RIJEKA
    Istanbul BB: 1.0

    HAJDUK SPLIT
    Iasi: 1.5
    Oleksandriya: 2.0

    LOKOMOTIVA ZAGREB
    Santa Coloma: 2.0
    RoPS: 1.5
    Vorskla Poltava: 1.5

    TOTAL: 13.5/4 = 3.375

    13. Netherlands 23.663

    Manchester United FC
    Nat'l Team:
    United States
Dinamo Zagreb 1:1 Red Bull Salzburg
Red Bull Salzburg 1:2 Dinamo Zagreb (it was 1:1 after regulation and Dinamo Zagreb scored in the 99th minute)

    Lokomotiva 2:2 Racing Genk
    Racing Genk 2:0 Lokomotiva

Maccabi Tel Aviv 2:1 Hajduk Split
Hajduk Split 2:1 Maccabi Tel Aviv after regulation and extra time, Maccabi Tel Aviv won penalty kicks 4:3

Marko Cosic scored both of Hajduk Split's goals but failed on Hajduk Split's sixth penalty kick and then Maccabi Tel Aviv scored to win. Both clubs scored on their first, fourth, and fifth kicks and failed on their second and third kicks.

Croatia will have Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League Group Stage and nobody in the Europa League Group Stage.

Hajduk Split's stadium looked bigger than I expected. Wikipedia says it holds 34,448.

I really expected more from Hajduk. Losing to a team from f***ing Israel? Come on!Our football is WAY AHEAD of theirs! That's quite shameful. Lokomotiva is shitty though, so I never expected them to win anyway...

Hajduk is not the Hajduk from the 90's so I don't get too high or too low with where Hajduk is nowadays. I think their biggest issue is that their youth academy has really let them down since the turn of the millennium. They probably though don't have the money to run it effectively, as least thats what I believe. And they have no continuous strategy that I see. But again this too could be down to money and competing with the juggernaut that is Dinamo Zagreb(and their youth academy) is made Hajduk's down fall appear greater than what it really is.

So Croatian clubs have ended their Euro adventure for another year. With Dinamo losing all their games in the Champions league Group stages. So this is now our coefficient for next season(as I don't think Romania will surpass us ):

    13. Netherlands 28.663 (Ajax & AZ in Europe still)
    14. Greece 26.900 (Olympiakos and PAOK in Europe still)
    15. Austria 25.350 (none)
    16. CROATIA 25.250 (none)
    17. Romania 24.150 (Astra is Europe still)

    Behind GREECE?Talk about humiliation...
Bit after this ridiculous season it was more than obvious...
Unfortunately next season didn't seem very promissing either as it looks like Rijeka is gonna win 1.HNL and go to Champions League...
