Even with Pep there, I think city is a bad move this early. He needs another year IMO.

I think he is. Thats always been the plan wherever he went.

Also read Palmeiras offered him the largest salary in Brazil but he is adamant on City who are probably going to pay him much more.

Its official. Gabriel Jesus to City confirmed. He'll be there in January.

The only positives of this move is he will work with Pep. Other than that, I think it was too soon.

I agree its too soon too but from what I read, he is the one who takes care of his family and comes from a rough neighborhood. I don't blame him for jumping at the money.

I do think he has a chance to flourish there though with competition like Sterling(who I think GJ can be better than) and Nolito. Silva is also on the wrong side of 30. GJ just needs Pep to see him as a priority.

I think this is a pretty good move for him. Icardi is in front of him but I read de Boer is going for a 352 so there will be a spot for Gabigol immediately.

And with Sterling and Nolito doing well at City, I feel like Gabriel Jesus may have made a mistake.

Bonucci for Italy under Conte was essentially a Libero and DL is just as good or even better with the ball at his feet. I assume he will be used as the base of. The 3 man back line and spray passes from the back and join in with the midfielders.

Looks like Vinicius Jr. to Real Madrid is a done deal. Crazy that they can spend this much for a 16 year old unproven talent.

Absolutely ridiculous IMO but I'm positive a team of Real Madrid cache have scouted him throughly before pulling the trigger on this move. If he is the real deal than the price is a steal.

And they are going to go big on Mbappe. That's as close as the real deal sub-20 as there is today. That guy can be pretty big.

Yep. He is made of glass. Always has been. I remember picking him as a FB in fantasy in his first season way back when. Always injured back then too.

Barcelona needs to be clinical with their signings. Pathetic summer transfer window last time around. A bunch of high priced, worthless, "depth" signings.

Speaking of Gabigol, he stormed out of the bench before the game was over in Inter's last game when he realized he wasn't getting subbed in. He had to publicly apologize.
