I also want to point out to you that whether the refs favor us or not, it is not our fault. The ref does his job. Juventus just play the game and go with whatever the ref says. Why should we be blamed for the refs mistakes?
Passmaps & xGplot for Juventus against Milan. #passmap #xGplot #autotweet pic.twitter.com/pOJRXte5fU— 11tegen11 (@11tegen11) March 10, 2017 gigio was huge yesterday. juve's expected goals was 2.69 plus the penalty. and i loved the fact that he was fired up about the penalty call at the end too. i hope he remembers nights like yesterday when he's deciding whether to sign a new contract. signing for juve is like signing for duke or alabama or the patriots. i won't blame anyone for going there, but it'd make me feel dirty if i did it myself.
We need Donnarumma. Buffon is aging and will go soon, so who will we have to replace him? Donnarumma is his replacement. He better come to us!
i wouldn't be so sure. anything is possible with our loser management. donna will be sold to the highest bidder! juve would have a great goalie for another 20 years!
the rule is if someone handles the ball on purpose it's a handball, now even that is open to a bit of interpretation. i would call a penalty if his hands are spread out "trying to take up more space" or if the ball was going into the goal already (not on purpose, but denies a clear goal scoring opportunity). but considering that he was just running and tried to get his hand out of the way, that was not intended to be a handball....should not have been a penalty. how is a player just standing there supposed to stop a ball being kicked at their hands? you can't....now experienced players will defend with their hands behind their backs, but you shouldn't have to do that. should milan have tied the game, maybe not. there was a mistake that the ref missed earlier, with an actual foul in the box that wasn't called, if that was the penalty, i would have been fine with that. but here's to hoping both atalanta and inter lose tomorrows game with red cards galore.
if the team actually gets sold.... that would be the worst message a new owner could send and the quickest way to get hate from the fans immediately. so, if we get sold, don't see him leaving. if we don't i 100% see him leaving. (berlu still needs cash!)
Juve are going to revolutionize the game with no goalkeeper. Every time the other team wins possession it's an automatic free kick to Juve.
massa and his assistant have been demoted for this weekend's matches: http://www.football-italia.net/99806/juve-milan-officials-punished it doesn't give us the point we lost, but at least the powers that be acknowledged that we got f'd.
Well, we won today. not very entertaining game, but Genoa had almost no chances and we did well controlling the pace and the ball.
honestly it looked like genoa didn't even try.......i think juve bought them out to make it seem like milan is more relevant than we actually are
Deulefeou looks to be dangerou. Just watched the highlights and he was involved in almost all of them
i couldn't watch, but i'm happy to see 3 more points on the board. over the next 5 matches, we should be able to make up some ground on lazio, inter, and atalanta. here's our next 5 versus their next 5. milan: pescara, palermo, inter, empoli, crotone lazio: sassuolo, roma, napoli, genoa, palermo inter: samp, crotone, milan, fiore, napoli atalanta: genoa, sass, roma, bologna, juve we play the bottom 4 teams and inter. there's no excuse not to get 12+ points out of those 5 games. the other 3 teams each have a couple games against top teams and will drop points. we could be sitting 4th by the end of april.
we're up against king muntari and pescara this morning. we need 3 more points against these chumps. dolphins? more like minnows, amirite? ETA: our third kits are total trash this year. they can't be selling many of those.
